LifeGroup Director

The LifeGroup Director will identify and develop leaders, help LifeGroup leaders form and maintain small groups, and mobilize people to engage in mission efforts.

What you'll do:

  • Develop LifeGroup leaders and build the LifeGroup culture

  • Coach LifeGroup leaders, encouraging them and helping them find resources needed to succeed in leading their groups.

  • Create strategies and partnerships with organizations to minister to the community

  • Identify and organize resources to help and support LifeGroup leaders

  • Be responsible for the effectiveness and measurable outcomes of LifeGroup ministry

  • Customize programs and initiatives to build local and online community

Who you are:

  • Experienced in coaching, managing, and developing leaders

  • Bachelors degree required

  • 5 years adult discipleship leadership experience

  • Masters degree from an accredited theological seminary preferred

  • A team player who grows through experiences and open rapport with staff and leaders

  • Able to think, plan, and act strategically and relationally
